Why Keyrus Management ?
Quite simply because we observe that there is a strong market demand for certain consulting services that are not currently provided by existing players.
In today’s world of ‘systemic’ uncertainty, globalization, environmental challenges, digital communication and increased expectations from all stakeholders, companies and large public sector entities are increasingly unable to efficiently leverage their valuable and numerous resources.
We strongly believe that we have a concrete answer to this commonly shared issue and have set for ourselves the following mission: “Leveraging the power of your organization”.
Why in a separate legal entity ?
To be able to fully take into account what we believe are key success factors for a Management Consulting business in terms of human resources, governance and equity sharing models.
Why within the Keyrus group ?
Because there are strong synergies between our new concept of Management Consulting services and the historical know-how of the Keyrus group in Performance Management (designing and building systems that provide each manager within an organization with the information he/she needs) and in Web technologies (collaborative and real time technologies).
Keyrus’ technology expertise will multiply the analytic power of Keyrus Management consultants and provide them with powerful collaborative tools.
