Combination of Keyrus' Retail Expertise and IntuiLab's Market Leading Interactive Experience Creation Platform Lowers Barrier to Cutting Edge Omni-Channel Experiences
Keyrus and IntuiLab have formed a partnership to offer innovative and connected in-store digital experiences to retailers. Keyrus is a major player in retail cross-channel consulting and solution integration. It is also renowned for its international leadership position in the field of consulting and implementing Business Intelligence and Digital solutions. IntuiLab is the maker of IntuiFace, the leading platform for creating and deploying interactive, expressive and connected digital experiences.
Keyrus will provide a complete customer-engagement solution spanning from omni-channel strategy consulting to omni-channel solution integration scoping, implementation and roll out. The customer-facing retail experience will be built using IntuiLab's IntuiFace platform, software enabling the rapid creation and deployment of touch-based experiences. The design of the experience, the connection with the retailer's product database (ensuring all product information is updated in real-time) and with other business components (like booking, payment or shipping) as well as deployment will be delivered by Keyrus.
The collaboration between Keyrus and IntuiLab has already resulted in a very successful project for RueDuCommerce.com, an e-commerce leader in France and a subsidiary of Groupe Altarea Cogedim. The result, named "My Express Store", is a new concept enabling Parisian commuters to shop in train stations just as they would at home on the RueDuCommerce.com website. The objective is for this retailer to be present both in the digital and physical world - everywhere customers have time and a need. Thanks to IntuiLab's IntuiFace platform and Keyrus' system integration expertise, the "My Express Store" project was designed, implemented and deployed in less than three months. Currently available in five Parisian train stations, customers can now use the kiosks to browse an extensive catalog offering Rue du Commerce best seller products, purchase items and have them delivered to the train station in less than 48 hours.
