In obtaining the renewal of its PCoE accreditation at the end of an audit period lasting several months designed to assess its organization, processes and tools, Keyrus has once again this year reached the highest level of certification around SAP's Analytics solutions (Business Intelligence, DW, Applied Analytics, Predictive Analytics EPM…).

The guarantee of SAP solutions support with the highest standard of quality
Valid for a duration of 1 year and issued by the auditing department of SAP AG, the PCoE accreditation grants Keyrus the right to provide its clients with the entirety of the SAP services forming part of the 'Standard' and 'Enterprise' Support contracts, whilst complying scrupulously with the quality and project methodology requirements and norms imposed by SAP.
It also authorizes Keyrus to carry out the initial levels of software maintenance in the place of the editor, whatever may be the type of contract subscribed (‘SAP Standard Support’ or ‘SAP Enterprise Support’). Keyrus can thereby resolve the incidents encountered by its clients as speedily and effectively as possible, applying an approach validated in every respect by SAP.
Comprising more than 180 confirmed, technical and functionalSAP experts and consultants, Keyrus's SAP PCoE-certified Support Center undertakes as much level 1 and 2 support operations (level 3 remaining the responsibility of SAP) as Corrective and Development Third-Party Application Maintenance, as well as Third-Party Operational Maintenance services.
