Keyrus confirms its expertise and the quality of its work by receiving the SAP PCoE certification for the 3rd consecutive year
In the framework of the worldwide 'Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE)' program, Keyrus is once again certified by SAP to provide support for SAP solutions to its clients.
An international player in Data Intelligence (Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics), Digital and Consulting on the Management and Transformation of enterprises, Keyrus announces that it has maintained its status with SAP as a PCoE-certified Support Center for the provision of full support for the editor's solutions.

By renewing its PCoE accreditation following an audit period of several months designed to assess its organization, processes and tools, Keyrus has once again this year reached the highest level of certification around SAP's Analytics solutions (Business Intelligence, DW, Applied Analytics, Predictive Analytics EPM...).

The guarantee of the highest standard of quality in terms of support and maintenance
Issued for a period of 2 years by the auditing services of SAPAG, the PCoE accreditation authorises Keyrus to provide its clients with the entirety of SAP services forming part of the 'Standard' and 'Enterprise' Support contracts, by meeting all of the requirements and quality and methodology standards set down by SAP.
This certification authorizes Keyrus to carry out the initial levels of software maintenance in the place of the editor, whatever may be the type of contract subscribed ('SAP Standard Support' or' SAP Enterprise Support'). Keyrus can thereby resolve the incidents encountered by its clients as swiftly and effectively as possible, applying an approach validated in every respect by SAP.
Comprising almost 200 confirmed technical and functional SAP experts and consultants, Keyrus's SAP PCoE-certifed Support Center provides as much level 1 and 2 support operations (level 3 remaining the responsibility of SAP)as Corrective and Development Third-Party Application Maintenance as well as Third-Party Operational Maintenance services.
