How does the KEYRUS recruitment process
take place ?
In the five days following the dispatch of your application the Human
Resources department, and also the KEYRUS managers that take part
in the first phases of recruitment, will attentively examine it.
During this process, and if your profile corresponds to our needs,
you will meet in the following order:
- A Human Resources manager to whom you will be able to ask questions
about the KEYRUS Group and discuss your current situation, your
project and your professional aspirations, as well as the possibilities
for development in the Group.
- An activity Manager (your future Manager if you join us) who will
give you some information about the technological offers and the
type of projects that KEYRUS carries out for its customers. For
his part, the Manager will examine your expertise and your experience
and will assess your ability to satisfactorily carry out the missions
that our customers entrust to us. This interview will of course
be the opportunity to discuss things regarding the team, the missions
and management methods,
- An account manager. This will enable you to find out more about
the type of customers we deal with and about the commercial environment
of our projects.
These interviews may, depending on your seniority and the availability
of the personnel, be carried out by one or two interviews with a member
of the senior management of the operations team.
What criteria do you use when making
your decision?
Apart from objective criteria such as technological expertise, your
level of seniority and also the quality of past experience, we will
pay attention to your personality as well as your development potential
because above all we decide to employ individuals and not only skills.
How are KEYRUS Human Resources organised?
Our HR department is made up of "Human Resources Managers",
each of these is in charge of a certain number of Business Units for
which he manages all the files linked to Human Resources: recruitment,
integration, monitoring of the new employee during the first three
months, career management.
This organisation guarantees that you are monitored by the same person
from the very first contact with KEYRUS and thus means that you are
able to build up a close relationship with your HR manager throughout
your career.
